The Clear taillight lens is made of high quality injection molded plastic and assembled using state of the art machinery. Complete units consist of the lens and the housing assembly sealed as one. Most of the taillight assemblies are DOT approved using a newly designed patent pending red insert. In addition to the inserts the inside of the housing is both metalized (chromed) and the lens pattern reshaped to enhance the output of the lights. These taillights incorporate amber LED turn signals in addition to the red stop/taillight LEDs. When the turn signal is activated it cancels the red taillight and blinks either left or right with amber LEDs.
