The TiteBike universal, multi-position license plate bracket |
|
This motorcycle license bracket is designed to be mounted on the left side of the motorcycle. It can either be mounted in a vertical position or a horizontal position.
In each position there are several holes machined so the bracket may be adjusted as needed.
The picture at the top left shows the license plate mount in the horizontal position with the three (3) machined, countersunk holes shown on the left side of the bracket. These holes allow for the bracket to be mounted in one of two positions to the TiteBike motorcycle swingarm bracket. The picture at the bottom left shows the license plate mount in the vertical position with the six (6) machined, countersunk holes shown on the left side of the bracket. These holes allow for the bracket to be mounted in one of five (5) positions to the TiteBike motorcycle swingarm bracket. In this position the bracket is flipped over. Notice that the holes are counter sunk on opposite sides of the bracket. The TiteBike motorcycle license plate bracket is designed to work with any of the TiteBike motorcycle swingarm brackets. |

The TiteBike billet swingarm license plate mount - Yamaha R1 and Yamaha R6 models | |||||||
|
This billet axle spacer is designed to mount on the left-hand side of the swingarm.
Place the motorcycle firmly on a rear pad stand or a rear spool stand if you have the spools installed. Remove the axle and replace the left axle spacer with the new billet spacer. Replace the axle and tighten the axle nut to the manufacture's recommended specification. Mount the The TiteBike universal, multi-position license plate bracket onto the replacement axle spacer. Use the long bolt on the bottom and the short bolt on the top. In some rare cases the swingarm weld MAY interfere with the TiteBike universal, multi-position license plate bracket by about 1 or 2 millimeters. In this case it will be necessary to file a very small vertical indentation into the weld.
