When you enter in your order you will be charged on your credit card for the amount of the sell price of the products. Then, after we ship the order, you will be billed the actual shipping charges for your location outside the lower 48 United States.

NO At this time all orders are sent standard delivery. In certain cases you may call us and we can have your order sent overnight or 2-3 day for a fee.
