ANSWER: If you buy it from a shop in 07.... it's an 07.... the saleperson said so.....
QUESTION: I have a 2007 Katana, will this work on my bike? Could you give me some idea what all is included and what has to be done as far as installation? Thanks
ANSWER: Yes, it fits the 07.... Comes with signals, lic bracket, main pan...... everything you need. It does require cutting the stock fender.

ANSWER: you do not have to use the signals included, just mount the rest of the kit.
QUESTION: Is it legal in CA for a street bike ('05 Katana) to be ridden on the street w/o a rear fender?
ANSWER: It's not DOT approved. But this doesn't make it illegal. The plate is still visable and illuminated. The signals are the manditory 9" apart.......It's all up to the indevidual officer. Never heard of a prob with the Katana.

ANSWER: It's an all stainless steel kit allowing you to cut the rear fender flush to the body. It then conseals all cuts and relocates the lic plate, lic light, and comes with new turn signals, and of coarse all the instructions and hardware.

ANSWER: It utilizes the stock license light, and comes with new clear lense signals. It will make your Katana as cool as a Kanana can be.

ANSWER: this is a product just now going into production. we should be shipping the first of these about 7-16.call us at 800-736-2114 to get an update.
