ANSWER: Flush mounts one on each side mounted to supplied brackets. Shown in photo

ANSWER: Yes, it will work with a Yoshimura exhaust. When the suspension is compressed to an extraordinary degree, the roller contacts the rear wheel and it safely pivots out of the way without harm.
QUESTION: Does this attach directly to the wiring harness with factory connectors or is wire splicing required?
ANSWER: Comes with butt connectors
QUESTION: Where do I need to drill the holes?
Can I just use the bracket w/o installing the signals?
ANSWER: Holes are drilled in the battery box. You may use the bracket without installing the turn signals.
