I do not know of a flash rate controller that works on the 600rr.... You'll probably need to use resisters.

ANSWER: Battery must be removed.... Noise has not been an issue.

ANSWER: Nothing.... You tap into the tail light wire.

ANSWER: They're NOT LED.... No relay needed

ANSWER: It relocates the stock tail light...comes with new signals....new LED lic light, and new pivot mounted lic bracket.
