Woodcraft frame sliders stand out in a market crowded with look-alike options. Our patent pending design features a universal slider puck that fits nearly all slider models. What makes the Woodcraft design unique is the perpendicular attachment bolt for the puck. Because we do not have to hollow out the center of the puck, we can leave the sliding surface of the puck solid. This provides 48% more plastic to slide on, dramatically improving puck life. The side mount also eliminates the hassle of trying to dig out a puck replacement bolt through a distorted hole.

The Q&A on this Product
QUESTION:  I have a 2000 cbr f4. Will these sliders work for my bike?
ANSWER:  Yes.
QUESTION:  How closely do the blue anodized pucks match the blue paint on the 06F4I?
ANSWER:  They are darker, but the contrast looks good.
QUESTION:  i have 2007 honda cbr600rr and was wondering how difficult it is to install frame sliders on this particular bike. do the farings have to be modified or are they bolt on without any modifications?
ANSWER:  They are pretty easy on your bike - but they do require cutting a half circle in the fairing. But, since you can see the mounting bolt it is not hard to make a nice looking cut... and tkaing the effort is worth it as the direct bolt on sliders are way stronger than offset ones.
QUESTION:  I don't have side fairings, can I still put these on?
ANSWER:  No problem - what will keep you from having to cut any holes in the bodywork.
QUESTION:  Can you make a hole that smaller than 2"? And do you have a frame slider for a 2005 F4i?
ANSWER:  Yes, these silders work for all F4i's, but they all need 2 inch holes for the sliders.
QUESTION:  what size cutting tool do i use?
ANSWER:  A 2 inch hole saw, preferably with a center pilot drill (most of them have this).
QUESTION:  According to what I read above I would assume with a 2000 F4i I would also have to cut the plastic, correct? But where? Which mount do I use?
ANSWER:  There is the main motor mount that passes though the frame on both sides and bolts to the cylider head - that is what we use.
QUESTION:  98 cbr 600 f3 do u have 2 cut the plastics????/ or do u they make some kind of an offset??????
ANSWER:  Yes, you need to cut them. They are much stronger that way - we will only sell what we use ourselves, and we only use what works.
QUESTION:  How do we know where to drill the hole in the fairings? What is the best way to drill it? What kind of drill bit?
ANSWER:  The best way is to take the bolt that holds the base and just thread it in a little bit. Then mark the outside with chalk or something else that will transfer on to the inside of the fairing. Then fit the fiaring up and drill a pilot hole through the center of your mark. Remove the base and mount the fairing, making sure that your pilot hole goes through the center of the mounting hole. The best way to drill the hole is with a 2 inch hole saw (you can get them at most hardware stores).
QUESTION:  after cutting the holes in the plastic, do you have to drill into the frame to install the sliders?
ANSWER:  No, these slider use the existing motor mount location.
QUESTION:  I also have a 2002 F4i - what do I have to do after cutting the 2" holes? Is there major installation involved?
ANSWER:  No, once the holes are cut it takes less than 5 minutes to install the sliders themselves.
QUESTION:  if so do u have them in chrome and is there overnight del. available?
ANSWER:  We do have chrome pucks available. They along with the aluminum pucks are not recommended for racing but street use only. Overnight delivery is available.
QUESTION:  Will these sliders fite on my 2000 929?
ANSWER:  No sorry they will not. All of our frame sliders list the exact models (and years if needed) they will fit.
QUESTION:  I HAVE A 1999 CBR600F4 DO I HAVE TO CUT HOLES IN THE FERINGS TO USE THIS APPLICATION?
ANSWER:  Yes, you do...but the sliders are much stronger by having a straight through design.
QUESTION:  I have a 2005 F4i does the sliders kit come with directions on where exactly I need to drill the holes? Is there any specific brand or model you can recomend for my bike? Thanks in advance, Yoav.
ANSWER:  Hi, We carry frame sliders that specifically fit 99-04 F4/F4i (50-0330) and 30-05 600RR (50-0335) models. We do not have information regarding the 05 F4i(?). The ones we do offer require both left & right sides cuts for a 2" hole to fit the sliders/pucks. The engine mount bolt is located in the most forward spot. Customer Service
QUESTION:  Will I have to cut the fairings? I have a 2002 F4i.
ANSWER:  In order to find the optimum positioning for protection you will have to cut a 2" hole on both sides.
