Woodcraft frame sliders stand out in a market crowded with look-alike options. Our patent pending design features a universal slider puck that fits nearly all slider models. What makes the Woodcraft design unique is the perpendicular attachment bolt for the puck. Because we do not have to hollow out the center of the puck, we can leave the sliding surface of the puck solid. This provides 48% more plastic to slide on, dramatically improving puck life. The side mount also eliminates the hassle of trying to dig out a puck replacement bolt through a distorted hole.

The Q&A on this Product
QUESTION: What do these puppies need to work with '07 and '08 SV650 's?
ANSWER: Yes - 1 tail needs to update the site to reflect that.
QUESTION: Just to make sure...There is no body modification needed on a stock 2003 SV650S for these sliders correct?
ANSWER: No...the stock SVS upper fairing does not go low enough to need cutting for these sliders.
QUESTION: Just to clarify, I am still hazy when people say OEM body work or the last question when you said the small upper fairing is out of the way. Will these work on the OEM full lower fairings? thanks
ANSWER: They will work, but require cutting.
QUESTION: I have a SV 05 naked are these the slider you would buy?
ANSWER: Yes, these are correct
QUESTION: Hello,
Just received my sliders for my 2006 sv650s from you Will these bolt on to frame without making any cuts. I have a stock 2006 sv650s. No extra body work. thanks Jack
ANSWER: The SV650S can use them with no cuts on the OEM bodywork
QUESTION: Will this work on a naked 2006 SV650?
ANSWER: As far as we know the SV650 has not changed; therefore, the frame sliders should fit.
QUESTION: What is the suggested torque specs for a 2005 SV650S to mount the frame sliders
ANSWER: Use the exact same torque for the bolt it replaces from your Suzuki service manual.
QUESTION: Will these sliders fit on the full fairings that you can buy from the dealer?
ANSWER: According to our findings the SV650 sliders/pucks will fit OEM bodywork without any cutting/modifications. The rule of thumb is if you can see the engine mounting bolts clearly than it is more than likely the slider with the 2" OD puck will have enough clearance.
QUESTION: are the blue anodized aluminum pucks available in the suzuki sv650s ? also when they are available will it show up on your web-site to purchase or will i need to call and order it?
ANSWER: The blue pucks are not available yet...hopefully they will be ready by the end of June. Check back with us
QUESTION: Do you have the blue anodized aluminum pucks for the suzuki sv650s? and do you have frame sliders for a 2003 Kawasaki z1000?
ANSWER: (1) We will have aluminum blue anodized pucks available in about 3weeks. (2)We do not make frame sliders for the KawiZ1000.
QUESTION: hi, i'm going to have my mechanic put these on my suzuki SV650S. do they come with installation instructions?
ANSWER: Yes, but they are pretty simple. You just replace your motor mount bolt with the mounting bolt for the sliders. You can install the pair in less than 5 minutes.
QUESTION: will these work on the 03 sv1000?
ANSWER: No, they will not. We are currently researching what the SV1000 needs. I do not beleieve it to be much different than the 650 - perhaps just different mounting bolts. Please check back with us in a few weeks if you can. Thanks
QUESTION: will these fit a 2004 sv650s with the fairings?
ANSWER: Yes, the small upper fairing on the SV's is way out of the way. Most racers have aftermarket full bodywork, and for that application you will need to cut holes for the sliders protrude through.
