QUESTION: Regarding item number H1000RRRACE: I have the original Honda exhaust system. The website picture is not clear to me how/what the bracket mounts to. Can you send me another picture from a different angle? Is there any cutting or drilling involved during installation? Where are the turn signals located on the picture? Does the bracket get mounted directly to existing holes in the motorcycle frame? Are you absolutely sure it fits the 2006 model--because Honda redesigned the bike between 2005 and 2006? Does it come with installation instructions--because the link to the instructions does not work? What material is the bracket made from? Who is the manufacturer of this product? What is the return policy on this kit?
ANSWER: wow, slow down. the bracket mounts to the subframe. no cutting or drilling is required. the turn signals are a part of the tag bracket. I am absolutley sure it fits the 06. The changes on the 06 are VERY minor. the tag bracket is made out of ABS plastic, the same material the original is made out of. BikeLiteZ is the manufacturer. 20% restocking fee is the return policy. yes it comes with instructions.

ANSWER: SS places the bracket in front of the rear tire and RACE places it over the rear tire

ANSWER: YOU WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SURE THE EXHAUST DOES NOT HANG DOWN OVER 2" LOWER THAN THE STOCK PIPE.

ANSWER: you must check how low the arata pipe hangs in comparison to the stock pipe. if it hangs lower than 2" over stock, then you would have to modify this bracket.
QUESTION: I have a 06 1000 with a hamaguchi full system, the can goes down a little lower than stock. do you have any kit that will work for it? If so can I order it without turn signals?
ANSWER: yes you can order this with no turn signals, if the pipe hangs more than 1 inch lower, than you might have a problem, but you could improvise and mount the kit lower... the SS kit would not interfere at all.
QUESTION: Does the Fender Eliminator Race Kit come with resistors that allow you to maintain the stock flash rate of the blinkers?
ANSWER: yes, they come with the load resistors!

ANSWER: We discontinued the standard kit.
QUESTION: Whats the difference between round and flat signals. ON HONDA CBR 1000RR RACE LED FENDER ELIMINATOR KIT
ANSWER: the round turn signals are round shaped and the flat turn signals are flat shaped. also, the flat turn signals have 3 leds in them and the round lef turn signals have 4 leds in them.

QUESTION: I was looking at the directions, and it shows two sets of instructions, what is the difference between the first set of instructions and the race kit one? I have a yoshimura pipe, if it matters.
ANSWER: the ss kit mounts in front of the tire and is alittle more involved in installing. the race kit wraps around the pipe. The brand of pipe does not matter.
