ANSWER: These are the same stainless steel bolts we send with all our products.Stainless is the best hardware you can buy. We wont send a lesser grade bolt.

ANSWER: You should have recieved a couple of 1/16 spacers.If you did not I apoligize.To free your throttle use a washer or more if needed .Place the washer between the bar end and the spacer. This will free your throtle.Sorry for the problem.

ANSWER: We sell a version of these levers called feather lites.That is without bullets.We do sell bar ends in chrome I can sell you those without bullets as well.
