ANSWER: No this is just the undertail. You use your current exhaust.

ANSWER: We don’t have anything like that. But you could the replacement undertail we made for the undertail exhaust and just fill in the hole. Search part # H056RR-XUT

ANSWER: Yes both the tail light and the undertail should function together.

ANSWER: Sorry, but this undertail will not work on the 03-04 model because the tail section is different.

ANSWER: The only thing you have to do is drill holes on the bottom side of your tail section to hold this in place.
QUESTION: where can you mount the plate so the swingarm travel will not bump and bend the plate?...thanks, johnny
ANSWER: You can mount the plate behind the turn signals and when you install the bracket, make sure the part on the bracket that has the short bend in it is facing down, that way it won't hit your tire.

ANSWER: From what we know they didn't make a 05-06 Model CBR600RR in blue.

ANSWER: Not quite sure, we know the tail section is different so it might not line up perfect with your 2004 model.
QUESTION: I have an 05 CBR 600RR and I completely removed the muffler so that there is a small muffler underneath the motorcycle. Now there is just a large void under the tail. Will you sell the undertail piece only, as I only need the plastic? (and yes I do realize there will be an exhaust hole in it)

ANSWER: it will not fit the 07 600RR the tail section is different.
QUESTION: will this undertail work with the jardine twin outlet, and does it give you a plate to mount your plate, and where is it if so?
ANSWER: Yes, this undertail will work with that exhaust. The kit comes with 2 L shape brackets. They pretty much go any where on the undertail you wish to mount it.
QUESTION: In your picture I dont see any exhaust support. Other pictures Ive seen with similar or same undertail have steel strap around exhaust. Is there support behind undertail? will muffler be loose?
ANSWER: This undertail does not change the mounting of the exhaust.
QUESTION: with this undertail closing in the s-bend portion part of the exhaust, will this pose a problem for overheating, not on the engine but towards the rear end that is enclosed. any melting problems, hotter than normal seating area?
ANSWER: No, it will not cause any problems because the undertail comes with some heat shield on it.

ANSWER: You will have to check with your local DMV. Every state has different laws.

ANSWER: there is no cutting you just have to drill holes in your tail section to mount the undertail.

ANSWER: No, this is just the bottom portion.

ANSWER: this it comes with 2 L shape brackets as far as where it mounts that really up to you. lots of people mount it right behing the LEDs
