QUESTION: Is this the Hotbodies undertail or just a knockoff?
ANSWER: This is a Hotbodies Racing Undertail.
QUESTION: Why do you keep saying that the installation is easy and all you have to do is drill 2 holes for the license plate. You mention that they will have to do some cutting to the inner plastic on the left and right sides in order for the undertail to fit properly. Just be honest! and please post this on the "question/answer" section. I also noticed that you are very selective to what questions you put up.

QUESTION: Hi I have a CBR 1000rr in Australia and it only comes in one red colour, I don't know if this is the winning red or the candy red? Any ideas
ANSWER: If it’s a bright red then its Winning Red. But if it’s a dark red then you have the candy glory red.
QUESTION: Is the licence plate bracket form fitted to this undertail. Obviously people are looking for this to look as professional as possible.
ANSWER: The license plate bracket is two L shape brackets. You as the customer choose where to mount it and just drill two holes.
QUESTION: "There is a license plate light built into this undertail." Where is this light? and if the plate is mounted right behind the turn signals will the plate light be functional or just there to say it's there?
ANSWER: The license plate light is towards the top of the undertail right below the brake light. If you mount the plate right behind the turn signals the license plate light will still shine on the plate.
QUESTION: Does this require the flash rate controller kit to function normal.
ANSWER: Yes you will need resistors because the turn signals are LED’s
QUESTION: I have the blk and silver bike, does the digital silver kit match the lighter silver bike not the limited darker silver?
ANSWER: Yes the silver will match that model.
QUESTION: Does it come with instructions on how to install the product and also where to drill the holes?
ANSWER: The kit does come with instructions the only thing you will have to drill holes for is the license plate which the instructions don’t show.
QUESTION: I dont really like how the blinkers (clear) don't match the brake light cover (red). Do you see additional blinker replacements in the future or something similar?
ANSWER: Sorry, but right now we only offer the turn signals that are built into the undertail in clear.

ANSWER: Sorry, but we do not have any photos of the plate mounted on this bike. It's honestly up to your you regarding position.

ANSWER: The undertail is a gloss black undertail. It will match perfect.
QUESTION: when can I get the unpainted version?
ANSWER: As of right now the ETA for a unpainted part is about 2-3 weeks out.

QUESTION: It says there is a licence plate mount included but i dont see it. Is it included and just not in the picture?
ANSWER: Yes the kit comes with 2 L shape brackets
QUESTION: It looks like the license plate location that you recommend (behind turn signals) would block the turn signals. Do you have pictures that show the license plate mounted?
ANSWER: If you install the license plate right behind the turn signals the plate should sit right below the signals.
QUESTION: does it say DOT approved for all 50 states??
ANSWER: No you will have to check with your local DMV.
QUESTION: does the wiring hook right up to the existing wire or will i have to do some cutting.
ANSWER: You will have to splice your wires but we include quick splice connectors.

ANSWER: The only thing you have to drill is 2 holes for your license plate bracket.
