ANSWER: You more than likely do not have to cut the frame ,I would not advise cutiing any motorcycle frame.You might have to cut a hole in your fairing in order to acess your motor mounts.We never made a direct set for this model. So I can not say If it will directly bolt on.

ANSWER: We do make them . The 2007 are the same models as the 2004-2006 . You will have to cut a hole in your fairings to accomadate the frame sliders.We mount them at the strongest part of the frame which is at the motoer mount. We do not use offset brackets to avoid cutting holes in the fairings.These brackets will bend rendering the frame slider useless,

ANSWER: If your frame is not exposed where the engine mounts to the frame you will have to cut your fairring.
