ANSWER:  YES AND YES

ANSWER:  Yes this will fit your bike and you will have to cut 1 hole on each side of your bike's fairing to access the motor mount location.

ANSWER:  All Kawi's need to have the fairing cut in order to acess the motormounts. We do not use offset brackets. Offset brakets are not as stong as going directly to the frame.
QUESTION:  how long is the slider or how many inches long?
ANSWER:  They are roughly 3 inches plus the spacer. It also depends what model bike .The installer can also shorten the spacer.
QUESTION:  wondering if a 2006 zzr 600 engine will fit into 2003 zzr600 motorbike,, kawakaski... have 2003 ZZR 600 with blown engine, and i can see a 2006 ZZR 600 engine for sale. wondering if they will fit...thanks
ANSWER:  Good question.Answer: I don't know.

QUESTION:  what is the best way to find out where to mark and cut the hole to mount them on an 05 636, in other words what has worked best for you guys??
ANSWER:  We found using a laser level works the best.Prop your bike on stands or a Handy Lift .Remove farings from bike. Point laser level at motor mount bolt ,replace fairings on bike. The laser will point on the fairing exactly where the motor mount bolt is on the other side of the fairing. As long as you do not move the bike or the laser level during this process it will work .Repeat prcess on the other side.You can buy a laser level very cheaply @ Home depot
QUESTION:  would a simple drill work to cut the 3/4 hole in the fairing to make it fit?
ANSWER:  If your drill has 3/4 inch chuck that it will work.If your drill does not have 3/4 inch chuck you can use a drill dit that has a tapered shaft or use a hole saw kit.

ANSWER:  You will need to cut a 3/4 inch hole for the spacer .Or you will need to cut a hole 1 3/4 inch for the entire spacer.It all depends on how close you want to mount them to your frame.

ANSWER:  YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER HAVE TO CUT YOUR FRAME TO INSTALL A SET OF FRAME SLIDERS!! THE FRAME IS THE BACKBONE OF YOUR BIKE AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO COMPROMISE THE STRUCTUAL INTEGRITY OF YOUR FRAME.If you can access your motor mounts and they are not directly behind the fairings then you would not have to cut your fairngs.

ANSWER:  we do not make the gun. I don't know if our products will cross over to a 99 zx 1100
