ANSWER: Thank you for your interest in a KOMODO product.
If you want a tight fit for off road use we reccomend a size medium. If you will be using the product for mostly "on road" riding, you may be happier with a more "relaxed" fit which a size large will give.

The armor jackets do not have a zipper to attach a pair of pants.
The design of the back protector prevents this from being a feature as it extends a couple of inches past the waist line.

QUESTION: Is this design meant for an underwear type of application?
ANSWER: Hi,
The armor jacket can be used as an underwear application, however, you must have enough slack in your jacket or race suit so that it does not restrict range of motion. It must fit properly or will be useless.
We do have customers that are successful doing it this way.
Also, it a very effective safety jacket when used for riding dirt bikes (under the jersey or over).
