ANSWER: The license plate light that comes with the fender eliminator, connect the same way as your original one.
It is included but it is your option to install or not.

QUESTION: Dear Rep,
Does your fender eliminator kit fit exactly into the space that is created when the original gsxr 1000K6 fender is removed? (Is it fabricated to a tight/exact fit and what is the thickness and toatal weight of the kit). Also what are the dimesnsions (would like to know how low will the plate hang)? And finally will I have to strip wires or does it plug directly into the original plate-light plug? How long to get it to Washington?

ANSWER: For the fit, this product was made for the exact fit on the bike.
for the dimensions:
thickness is about 1/16th , the weight is almost none.
from top to bottom I measured 4 inches, and 7 1/4 inches in width.
The plate will hang below the 4 inches from top.
The wires have to be striped.
For the shipping with u.p.s. it takes 3 days for the delivery.
QUESTION: would this fender eliminator fit my 2006 gsxr 600
ANSWER: no this product will not fit your bike, the product for the gsxr600 will have the same design but will be available within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
