ANSWER: just need to drill one 1/4" hole for the lic light wires. Kit comes with coverplate, lic mount, lic light, turn signals, trim piece, hardware, and instructions.
QUESTION: actually, not a question at all, but as for the spray with this, i get very little. you can still ride in the rain, it's not like the water is going to come around the tail and hit you. so you wont have to worry

QUESTION: I was stopped and told by a cop that the liscence plate is to low and they were not quite sure if it was legal. They told me that i have to move it under the brake lights or on the side of the swing arm. So is the liscence plate bracket just for show bikes? And now I have to buy another liscence plate bracket? What do I do?
ANSWER: Competition Werkes as always asked their customers to check local law's as they vary from area to area. I would recommend going to your local DMV and see how the law is worded in your area.

ANSWER: Don't know.......no one has ever asked before. Probably a lot.

ANSWER: When the suspenion collapses the plate drops into the same area as the hugger. They are NOT compatable. You must chose one or the other.

ANSWER: No, this kit is not compatable with a hugger. It's one or the other.

ANSWER: Not with the mount. But your plate would be hidden by the tire. You need to find a rear mounted one.

ANSWER: Will not effect any stock parts. Will not work with hugger.

ANSWER: Yes, exactly what you see, will bolt right on. Instructions are good, and Comp Werkes has a tech line for and additional help you may need.

ANSWER: There are wire access holes pre-punched.

ANSWER: No. The tape supplied is high quality and is plenty adiquate. As long as you install it on a clean surface and don't power wash it.

ANSWER: It does come with instructions. All the lights have reversable wires, so you can not mess them up.

QUESTION: I just recieved this product from you guys and installed it. Went on and looks great except for one thing. The adhesive to hold the plate light is not sticking. Keeps slowly peeling off. Do you have any suggestions on a store bought adhesive, or maybe send me another piece in an envelope? hehe. Thanks, Paul.
ANSWER: Problem probly was/is the stainless usually has an oilly residue on it. If you don't clean it first the tape won't adhere very well. Solution: clean the stainless and spray some adhesive on the tape before re-installing, or simply clean it the first time.

ANSWER: No cutting required. You will need to drill one 1/4" holt in the black plastic fender, for the wiring of the lic light.

ANSWER: Yes, except the license light is silver instead of chrome.

ANSWER: You will need to do a little wire splicing.

ANSWER: Simply remove the stock fender assimbly. Our kit mounts between the rear foot pegs. Comes w/ lic light, turn sigs, and a rear cover plate. Should take about an hour to install.

QUESTION: In Massachusettes, the state I live in, it is a legeal requirement that you are able to see the liscence plate from a distance of approximately 60 feet away. With this product is it possible to see the plate from that distance, or does the tire block the viewing?
