ANSWER: yes this also fits the 96.

ANSWER: I doubt it. All our products are bike specific. The Tiger has a different tail section.

ANSWER: NO
QUESTION: Does this come with the whole undertail section? Or is it just the bracket? And does it come with the trun signals?
ANSWER: It's a fender eliminator not an undertail. It comes w/ a main pan which surrounds the wheel well, lic bracket, turn signal brackets, lic light bracket, and all the hardware and instructions.
