QUESTION: I recently purchased the hotbodies undertail. There is a hole in the center of the base of the undertail that looks like it fastens to the original plastic on my bike. No screw or bolt was provided. I also didn't see this in the directons. What is this for should I have received another bolt? -- Thanks,
ANSWER: That hole at the bottom of the undertail is just a extra mounting point if you decide to bolt that up. Its not a must, just an option.
QUESTION: Will this fit in the 2003 GSX-R 750
ANSWER: No, this undertail will not work on a 03 GSXR750 the part # you need is S02GS-SB
QUESTION: why do my blinkers now blink really fast, can i fix this??
ANSWER: If you want the blinkers to flash at normal rate you need a resistor kit. Reason is LED lights take less power then a normal turn signal.

QUESTION: Hey i have a 2005 750 and seem to be having trouble fitting this undertail over my stock undertail. The Hotbodies undertail won't sit flush on the existing undertail and the forward tangs (folded up part on either side of Hotbodies tail) which are suposed to slid up the side won't go up. i don't want to cut the existing undertail but do i have to modify the Hotbodies tail?
Any instillation instructions or advice will be great.

ANSWER: This undertail just sits over your stock glove box there is no cutting anything. If you still have problems please call the installation help at 800-555-2805 #1
QUESTION: Iam probably going to buy the yellow version within the next week, but what is the durability of the pain finish? Will it chip from stones and from being right above the tire? Or do I have to go to a body shop to get a chip resistant coating applied?
ANSWER: It honestly all depends on what types of road you ride on. This undertail does hold up well.
QUESTION: I read through all these questions to make sure i didn't repeat. I have a 2004 GSXR 600 yellow. the yellow color has a metal flake/metallic appearance. Does your undertail match that exactly?
ANSWER: yes it will match your factory yellow.
QUESTION: do you have a picture of the license plate mounted to the undertail?
ANSWER: sorry but we dont have a picture of the plate mounted but it mounts any where you want on the undertail you just have to drill two holes for the plate.
QUESTION: Does this undertail kit hook right up to my stock wiring for my stock turn signals? And also, is there any cutting involved for installing this kit?
ANSWER: There is no cutting involved with installing this undertail. To wire the turn signals you will need to splice the stock wires.

ANSWER: The undertail use your stock brake lights. The only thing that comes with the unit is the built in LED turn siganls. The flush mounts are for the front turn signals.

ANSWER: The undertail comes with 2 L shape brackets as for mounting its really up to you just choose a spot on the undertail and drill two holes.

ANSWER: The deep blue should match fine. Have you tried holding the undertail up in the position up under the tail?
QUESTION: I have received the Hotbodies undertail. I want to be sure I need to remove both the rear fender (with turn signals) and the stock undertail (pop out rivets and unbolt screws) to install the Hotbodies undertail? Or can should the Hotbodies undertail be installed over the stock undertail? If I need to remove the stock undertail, will I lose the ability to keep the tools set in the compartment?
ANSWER: You can install the undertail over your stock glove box.
QUESTION: Does this undertail replace the entire stock undertail and rear fender? I started installing the 1tail undertail and noticed that if it replaces the stock undertail and fender that I will lose the use of the holding case where the tool kit is stored. ANSWER: This undertail over laps your stock glove box. So you loose no storage.

ANSWER: No, the mounting points on both tails are different.

ANSWER: This undertail is really easy to install. All you do is unbolt your stock mud flap and this piece slides in place.

ANSWER: Yes, a license plate kit comes with the kit. You can mount it anywhere you want but we recommend right behind the LED turn signals.

ANSWER: The kit comes with a license plate bracket. It mounts right behind the turn signals. The kit does not have a license plate light, please take a look at our license plate lights under "License Plate Mounting".
QUESTION: OK you have an option for flush mount signals.. and its $$ extra.. are those for the front of do you have to pay for the lights that are advertised in the description of the Undertail kit
ANSWER: The undertail is one part. and as a option we offer LED flush Mount Blinkers to clean up the front of the bike as well.
