The Q&A on this Product QUESTION:  On the 06 gsxr the stock large plate is one piece Do i have to buy both the large and the small cover install ANSWER:  The OEM cover is definitely 2 pieces, and you can use the OEM outer cover if you prefer. However, the cover looks much nicer as a complete set. QUESTION:  Is this the part that i need to replaces the left side of my bike 2007 GSX-R 600.i drop it on my left side,and it leaks drops of oil? ANSWER:  Yes, this is the large left side cover that tends to leak if you crash on the stock one. QUESTION:  What is meant by "large inner cover" as opposed to the small inner cover? ANSWER:  If you look at your bike the stator cover has a small idle gear cover that sits on top of it (3 bolts)...that's the smaller outer cover. QUESTION:  Can you use the stock idle gear cover with this woodcraft stator cover? ANSWER:  Yes QUESTION:  it of course comes with gasket ANSWER:  Yes, this cover comes with a gasket.
