QUESTION: Can the postion of the plate bracket be moved twords the back two mounting holes Ie: twords the tail light. And does Targa sell the filler plates seperetly?
ANSWER: The current ZX-10 tail kits in stock are somewhat different than the photos, in that the license plate bracket mounts to the stock undertail screw holes at the filler plates with no drilling required for the bracket. We do not sell the filler plate separately.
QUESTION: I have heard that fender eliminator kits are illegal. Is there Any truth to that? I live in Colorado if it is state specific. Thank you for your time. p.s. great web-site!!!
ANSWER: Fender Eliminator lits are not illegal. This legend has developed because riders fail to mount the license plate. License plates, license plate lights, turn signals, and clearly visible tail and brake lights are legal requirements in all states. These kits provide these elements in a more stylish and visible manner. If the kit you select does not provide a license plate mount and light, please select one from our many available products that meet this purpose.
QUESTION: any chance of getting this with the rectangular turn signals.
ANSWER: Sorry, but all the kits are pre-assembled with the clear diamond cat-eye signals. The rectangualr clear lights are available for separate order # 07-9308b/c.
