Unfortunately at above 60mph I get very bad wind buffeting on my helmet. Wind turbulence is coming from under the left&right sides of the windshield and up the front/sides of the fuel tank. I'm fairly tall so I see about 4 inches above the windshield which I like. Any alternative windshields you might offer that could fix this problematic wind buffeting issue? I also would prefer not to use the ugly fork mounted chrome wind deflectors to help solve this probleml. HARW-14 replacement windshield for 05-up FLSTN. My question is that on my FLSTN the stock windshield is 20 1/2 inches. This is what the manufacture states also. If I ordered a 3 inch shorter shield would it actually be 17 inches or 17 1/2 inches going by the above the headlamp measurement.
