TiteBike replacement windshield for KAWASAKI VULCAN 1500 DRIFTER STANDARD / VINTAGE 1999-UP is available in different heights for your riding style. TiteBike offers: 16" - 27" Height, 26" - 31" Width. Handcrafted from 5mm (0.187 = 3/16") thick cast military aircraft grade acrylic, specified for optical clarity and is thicker than the stock original. Available in clear and light grey tint. All shields are D.O.T. approved and are manufactured to order . Edges are hand ground and polished. All holes are CNC drilled to match your original hardware. Height is measured from the top of the headlight cutout to the top of the windshield and width at widest point. Installation is simply removing your existing shield, and reusing the same hardware for re-installation of replacement windshield.
NOTE: Windshield does not come with hardware.

QUESTION: What is the difference between "Standard" and "Vintage" with these windshieds?
Also, will there be the large gap between the headlight and the windshield that I see so often? It creates a loud whistling noise while on the road...which is one reason I want to replace what is on the Drifter 1500 right now.

ANSWER: Are you looking for Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Drifter or Vulcan 1500 Nomad? The windshield that we offer for 1500 Drifter will fit only the motorcycle, and the the one that we offer for 1500 Nomad will fit only the Nomad 1994-UP. Thank you for your inquire.
