TiteBike replacement windshield for KAWASAKI VULCAN 1600 CLASSIC 2003 - 2008 is available in different heights for your riding style. TiteBike offers: 15.5" - 25.5" Height, 26" - 28" Width. Handcrafted from 5mm (0.187 = 3/16") thick cast military aircraft grade acrylic, specified for optical clarity and is thicker than the original screen. Available in clear and light grey tint. All shields are D.O.T. approved and are manufactured to order . Edges are hand ground and polished. All holes are CNC drilled to match your original hardware. Height is measured from the top of the headlight cutout to the top of the windshield and width at widest point along the curvature of the shield. Installation is simply removing your existing shield, and reusing the same hardware for re-installation of replacement windshield.
NOTE: Windshield does not come with hardware.

QUESTION: I am looking at your windshield for my bike, 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad - Modal vn1600D6F. It says in your information on your widshield, that the oem measurements are 19" high and 26" wide. I measured mine on my bike and it measures 21" high and 24 " wide. Are you positive it will fit my bike? I scratched my original windshield pretty deep so that is why I am looking for a new one. Anyway I want to make sure it will fit correctly and look the same as the original. Thanks, Don Sawyer

you are looking at the wrong item, which is Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Classic.
You need to look at the Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Nomad 1994-UP. The Original screen measures 18.5" high, 26" Width. High is measured from the top of the headlight cutout to the top of the windshield and width approximately 6" up from the bottom center along the curvature of shield.
If you have a Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Nomad model, then this windshield will fit your motorcycle. Our windshield follow the same lines and contours as the stock OEM.
