TiteBike replacement windshield for KAWASAKI VULCAN VN1500 CLASSIC 1996 - 2004 is available in different heights for your riding style. TiteBike offers: 15" - 25" Height, 23" - 25" Width. Handcrafted from 5mm (0.187 = 3/16") thick cast military aircraft grade acrylic, specified for optical clarity and is thicker than the original windscreen. Available in clear and light grey tint. All shields are D.O.T. approved and are manufactured to order . Edges are hand ground and polished. All holes are CNC drilled to match your original hardware. Height is measured from the top of the headlight cutout to the top of the windshield and width at widest point. Installation is simply removing your existing shield, and reusing the same hardware for re-installation of replacement windshield.
NOTE: Windshield does not come with hardware.

QUESTION: I have a 2000 vulcan classic 1500 e the hard ware has rubber gromets that fit in some of the holes on the shield . some of the fastners have 3/4 inch billet heads on the front of them will the kaw01008 accomadtes these fastners.
ANSWER: Our windshield has racetrack mounting holes, which means that these rubber gromets won't fit this windscreen. Thank you for your inquire.
QUESTION: Hi, I'm not quite sure of the sizing Chart. I have a 2002 Kawa vulcan 1500 classicFI and i have a stock kawa windsheild now 15" andd would like to buy a 25" in. Do you have it?
