ANSWER: Check your brake light fuse. If thats not it contact Comp Werkes.
QUESTION: I have a 2001 gsxr600 with an unknown under tail with two tail lights. It has an automobile trailer controller wired into the tail light to intergrate the blinkers. It's worked fine for the two years I've owned it ,but suddenly the blinkers and brake light are'nt working properly.I checked for loose wires and grounds and have come up with nothing.Do these controllers go bad and need to be replaced, or should I continue to look for other wiring problems?
ANSWER: Check the bulbs.....fuses... If thats not it the signal unit went bad.

ANSWER: neither will work on the ZX10. This one is made specificall for motorcycle electrical systems. The other is made for RV lights as in travel trailers. There is a difference!

ANSWER: You should have received resisters with your LED's if not, you'll need to head to Radio Shack.

ANSWER: It depends on what brand. If your talking something you can buy at a autoparts store the difference is HUGE in quality. If you're talking a legitimate motorcycle integrator, they are very similar. We feel the Competition Werkes Assimilator is the easiest to install.

QUESTION: I am currently attempting to install the assimilator, on my 04 f4i, i'm a little confused. what is done with all the separate ground wires. The directions are not very easy to follow. Do you have any better illustrations to follow. Do you connect the wires from the assimilator directly at the point of cutting off the stock plugs? any help would be greatly appreciated.
ANSWER: Cut the wires in between the stock plugs and the tail light,as step three say's. Leave the ground wires in tact , you'll simply tap into them, not cut them. Follow the color chart. Sorry, if you find the instructions inadequate, but they are all that is available. You can always call the Comp. Werkes tech line 541 673-6059.
