ANSWER: 12-0350 fits the bike properly when it is not lowered 2" like you are looking to do.
QUESTION: i have 07 gsxr 600 and have it lowered as much as the stock clamps will let me about 1" which set do i need to go below the taper so i can slam the hell out of my front end!!!!! ty kindly
ANSWER: For what you are doing, you need a slightly custom set. The forks that far below the clamps are 48.1mm. In order to do it right, we'd have to open up a set up 48mm clipons slightly and make it a custom order.

ANSWER: ...quite a bit, I beleive you can lower it at least 10mm

ANSWER: You adjust the width in the clamps - no cutting involved. You do not need the balancer set, but you can use them if you desire.
