ANSWER:  Left only. QUESTION:  Will this fit on my OEM rearset. I have a 2003 ZX-6R. I just wanna make sure before I buy it. ANSWER:  No, it is not a direct bolt on for your model (although some of our pegs are). If you did this you should get both sides, and the peg will require some modification on the end to fit (a flat must be filed on the end). These are designed to work with the rearsets only, and some just happen to work on OEM brackets as well.
