The risers are placed between the fork crown and the handlebars to raise the bars up 3/4" (19mm). This will help to relieve wrist and neck pain on long rides. Requires no change of any control cables, wiring, or hoses.

Our risers for the the 99 VFR800 are part # H-117. They will raise the bars up 3/4" and back about the same amount. The risers are $109.95 plus shipping.

QUESTION: I bought a used 1985 FJ1100 a year or so ago and it has the 3/4" kit. When I brought the bike in for service (fork seals) the silver caps for the Handlebar Risers fell off on the way home. Can I order just the silver caps and not the whole kit? Thanks - Corey

ANSWER: Hi Marv,
The risers have a removable snap plug that lets you get to the preload adjusters without having to remove the whole assembly. After the adjustment, the cap snaps back in place.

QUESTION: I would like 1.5" rise on fj1100. Can I turn anything on lathe to go w/ your kit; or could you do a special order? Dave B.
ANSWER: Hi Dave,
We currenlty only have the 3/4" riser for the FJ1100. There isn't any way we can make the risers tall and keep them safe.
