Having problems finding a muffler as well. Nobody makes parts for a 2004 and have started to discontinue 2003 parts (Jardine, Muzzy).

ANSWER: Yes
QUESTION: It appears my fender and bottom of the trunk are one piece. If I remove it, my trunk will be exposed, or does this come with a new piece that replaces the ENTIRE fender, undercarriage and all.
ANSWER: It replaces part of the inner fender.....not all of it. This kit acts as the bottom of the storage area.
QUESTION: My bike is blue, with black plastic underneath. If this product is stainless steel, is it silver? I wouldn't want it to be a mismatch, or can I just paint it black?
ANSWER: It's stainless... it can be paited. But it's maintence free as is.

QUESTION: OK, I have a Kawasaki ZR750-S and I want the complete kit, lights and all. What do I need to order?
ANSWER: Fender kit, and any short stalks
QUESTION: How difficult is it to install? Any rewiring necessary for the turn signals....dismantling of the existing fender....etc....?
ANSWER: It takes a couple hours. But there are NO permanent mod's made to the bike.
QUESTION: I want to order this. Does it come with the turn signals as well? Or is that seperate?
ANSWER: It's made to retain the stock signals. After market signals need to be purchased seperately.
QUESTION: what colors are available? Do they have to match the bike color, or is it black? My bike is blue/purple.
ANSWER: all our kits are a satin finish stainless steel that do not require painting .
