ANSWER: You need the 1K604.... Same as the 98-02 ZX6
QUESTION: what exactly is this piece? A bracket that has license plate holder and light, holes to bolt in 2 stock plastic parts of bike holding turn signals? In picture, 4 bolts welded to stock exhaust holding bracket are almost flush, does this require shortening the bolts?

QUESTION: I was wondering why the part #1K606 works with an aftermarket exhaust for a 2005 ZX-6R and the part #1K606S does not? The website says the #1K606 works with a Yoshi pipe. I am planning on putting an Akrapovic pipe on my bike. Which one of these parts will fit? Isn't the #1K606S just different by also including new turn signals?

ANSWER: the kits are the same except signals..........it has to do with bolts off the bottom. If you have them it should work.
QUESTION: I am going to be buying a yoshimura rs5 slip on exhaust...will it fit with this kit?
ANSWER: yes
QUESTION: Will the turn signals function like stock or are they faster? How long for install?
ANSWER: Flash will be the same. 1 hr install.
QUESTION: akrapovic slip-on kit comes with a bracket with 4 holes to attach stock fender/license light. any clue if this eliminator will fit this application? ridegear has 1, but no license light. thanks
ANSWER: If there holes are in the stock location it should.

ANSWER: Mounts in the stock location, very easy install
