ANSWER: As stated..if it has the four mounting bolts.

ANSWER: It will work with any exhaust that HAS the mounting points for the stock fender. Should have four bolts pointing down. If your exhaust doen't have the bolts this kit wil NOT work.

Yoshimura does provide you with a bracket that has the for bolts to support stock license plate frame., this is where the new aftermarket plate would be installed. Why would it be a problem?? if its going onto the same bracket that the stock license assembly came off from...

ANSWER: every state has different laws,it really depends on the officer himself, some don't like aftermarket signals some don't like the location of the license plate. if you get the kit with the rear mounted plate you shouldn't have any problems.

ANSWER: not at this time. all our kits are model specific and it would just a guess if something might fit.

ANSWER: NO, the 1K606S does not work with aftermarket exhausts, item # 1K606LTD is what you want for this application.

QUESTION: How easy is it install? will i have to remove the tail?
ANSWER: It's easy. You will need to remove the tail in order to get your fender off. The kit then bolts back on. Only two holes need to be drilled and they're only in the black plastic.
What is the Additional Hardware that I would have to purchase from Competition Werks as I only see the same lights on the sight, but does not mention the addional Hardware?

ANSWER: Competition Werkes sends additional hardware with the 1K606S that is NOT supplied with the 1K606. This hardware is only available through Comp Werkes as there is technically no part number just for the hardware itself. This is why its easier to purchase the correct kit the first time, instead of adding to the lesser kit.

QUESTION: I have 2006 Kaw. 636 and would like to order your fender illuminator kit, but I'm not sure which one. I want something thats easy to install and has a clean look. ANSWER: If at any time you plan on switching to an after market exhaust you need the 1K606LTD otherwise I'd get the 1K606S
