ANSWER: There is no pivot mounted kit for the 03. Sorry.
QUESTION: WHY WOULD THERE BE 4 HUGE BOLTS SHOWING IF THE ELIMINATOR SITS SEVERAL INCHES AWAY FROM THE EXHAUST CANISTER?
ANSWER: The four bolts are on the stock canister. Kawasaki put them there, to hang the stock fender from.

ANSWER: It will work on the stock exhaust. You'll just have 4 HUGE bolts sticking off the bottom of your canister.
